Polished high carbon steel swedged twin pen blades with long nail pulls, file w/ cuticle tip, pipe cleaning tool, and cigar cutter blade. Nickel silver cigar cutter tip, liners, and handle pins. The cutter blade locks closed with a sliding thumb lock. This knife was featured in the Exhibition Knife book. This knife was more than likely owned by a high class gentlemen and boy could it tell the stories if it could talk. What a beautiful vintage I*XL gentlemen's pocket knife still like new after 170 years. Made in Sheffield, England in the 1840's.

Antique Custom Mead Knife "Genuine Buffalo Horn Four Blade Whittler". Awesome genuine buffalo horn handle scales. Polished high carbon steel wharncliffe blade stamped "MEAD", small sheepsfoot blade, and leather punch stamped "MEAD". These three blades are original 17th century blades. Polished high carbon steel swedged pen blade with long nail pull that came from an 18th Century Sheffield pocket knife. All the blades are in extremely great shape and have good open, close, and half snap. Nickel silver liners, the center liner is thicker and protrudes as a flat head screwdriver. Nickel silver handle pins and end cap bolsters. This beautiful antique knife was handmade in the 17th Century by Sheffield Custom Knifemaker Mead. It is in pristine condition and comes in a black zip up pouch.

The patent dates on this awesome antique knife are from November 9, 1937 and October 10, 1944. What a great antique piece for any collection. Still in great shape after all these years!
