Spine of blade has jimping and thumb ramp for sure grip. Knife was a Bob Lum design. Removable pocket clip is mounted high for very discreet tip down carry. Lanyard hole.

Rare old discontinued Benchmade Knife "Large Left Handed Emerson". I wasn't aware that they made this knife in a left handed version - yet here it is!!!! Black G-10 handles, Titanium liners and lock. ATS-34 bead blasted, chisel-ground, tanto blade is partially serrated. Black removable pocket clip for tip down carry, lanyard hole. Thumb disc for easy one hand opening. Jimped thumb ramp for sure grip. Comes in nice Zip-up storage pouch.

Thumb stud for easy one hand opening. Liner lock holds blade in the locked position when open and is easy to unlock and close with one hand. This is a very early Benchmade custom Mel Pardue designed knife and is very hard to find.

Benchmade uses six lobe, torx-like, headed screws, exclusively throughout the assembly of their knives. This engineered screw style offers a more "controllable" means of achieving tightness. Occasionally you may want to adjust blade tension, remove the carry-clip or simply tighten loosened screws. We now offer the benchmade Bluebox for those purposes.
