Excellent quality knife, handmade in South Africa by George Muller; a member of "The Knifemakers Guild of Southern Africa". Hand chosen first picks friday at the blade show in Atlanta 2007. This one with a awesome blued Mermaids Basket Damascus steel blade. Ancient brown mammoth ivory handle. Random pattern damascus bolsters. Titanium liners. Gold plated screws. Spine of handle and blade are file worked nicely with a grapevine pattern. Nice cowhide storage pouch. Thumbstud for smooth and easy one hand opening and closing.
