Discontinued MOD Masters of Defense Knife "Black Hawk Trocar Razorback Tanto". Based on Massad Ayoob’s original MOD® Razorback, the Razorback-Trocar is an incredible knife specifically intended for tactical medical use. Redesigned in cooperation with the International School of Tactical Medicine, the Razorback-Trocar features a Teflon®-coated AUS8A stainless steel blade with a zero-ground, scalpel-sharp tip and depth-index grooves for precise control of the knife during tactical medical procedures. Its fiberglass-reinforced nylon handle has improved texturing for a positive grip and it now comes complete with the Total Concealed Carry Solution™ (TCCS™) sheath system that includes an injection-molded nylon sheath and mounting hardware to support more than 70 different carry positions.

Jeff Harkin’s out-the-front design provides a safe and reliable spring-powered opening and closing mechanism. The MOD Triton is the pinnacle of out-the-front automatic knives. The 154CM high-carbon stainless steel blade is a partially serrated tanto style blade. The handle is made from milspec anodized aircraft aluminum with wingwalk inserts.
