Within 14 days from the date we ship your order you can return the item for any reason,
however, we cannot accept damaged, worn or used goods. We will refund (credit your account)
the purchase price less shipping costs. Or we will gladly exchange the item for
another knife or knife accessory and only charge you for return shipping.

If we make a mistake and ship you an item that is incorrect or defective then we will pay all shipping costs.

Note: All returns must be in original display package that is boxed in a protective shipping box
along with a copy of the invoice with a note about the return.
We ask that you call us for a return authorization number before shipping your return,
we will not accept returns without a return authorization number.
Failure to follow these instructions will cause restocking fees up to 25% (at our discretion).
